Unique atmosphere on B4
Experience over 30 exciting races with more than 400 historic racing cars from nine decades of motorsport history. Use car park B4, directly at the main entrance, as the starting point for your visit to the OGP. You can camp or set up your motorhome on the site, and in the evening when the OGP slowly goes to sleep, the B4 really wakes up. Of course, your classic should be in the front row so that every visitor can admire it.
However, not all the vehicles are always there, as people like to arrange a short tour of the surrounding area.
You will lack nothing on site
On B4 there is a fresh water hydrant, porta-potties, a refrigerated lorry filled with barbecue meat and drinks, and a power generator. Beer tent sets, weather protection and a barbecue are of course also on site. To cover the costs of all this, there is a donation box on the site which you are welcome to use.
Volunteers are always needed to run errands to the butcher and bakery. This is an opportunity to make a good impression on the organising team.
Markenclub lap on the Nordschleife on Saturday
On Saturday lunchtime, you have the opportunity to explore the entire Nordscheife with your classic car for an hour. The tourist gate is closed and the start is from the old pit lane. You can drive as many laps as you can manage in an hour, with no speed limit on the Döttinger Höhe.
But be careful! This ticket costs extra and can only be purchased on site on Friday with the voucher booklet.
Evening race & fireworks on Saturday
Enjoy the atmospheric evening race of two-seater racing sports cars and GTs up to 1965, crowned by a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday evening. Afterwards, there's sure to be a grilled sausage and a cold beer on B4. And sometimes a little extra firework display in front of the marquee.
